John Alex Site and Blog Regulations (Polish Version Below)

§1

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. In order to better use these Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), I have simplified the definition, where "User" is "You", and where the Author / Provider is "I"
2. The Regulations define the rules for your use of the website and internet blog (hereinafter referred to as the "John Alex Blog", "Blog", "Website" or "John Alex Website"), that is, the service provided electronically by the administrator of the portal, Piotr Jankowski.
3. By using the services and content available on the John Alex Blog, you agree to the provisions of the Regulations and are obliged to comply with them.

§2

USING THE BLOG

1. The use of services and content provided on the John Alex Blog is free.
2. To use the Blog, it is necessary under your obligation to provide: electronic equipment, connection to the Internet, web browser, other software required to use selected services.
3. You are fully responsible for the content / comments you enter, as well as for any damage resulting from them

4. Blog comments are moderated by me.
5. I reserve the right not to publish comments for any reason.
6. In particular, no comments will be published that:
   1. contain profanity,
   2. offend John Alex or Piotr Jankowski, or commenters or any other people or beings,
   3. offend any social, ethnic or religious group,
   4. are devoid of any logical content,
   5. interfere with the private life of people, especially non-public.
7. Comments cannot be anonymous, they are open in the restricted John Alex Blog, available only to registered/logged in users, by use of Facebook comments module.
   It would be a good practice if you are always signed with: first name, initials, nickname (nickname). In this way makes it easier for other commentators to refer to comments already published.
8. The administrator (I) is not responsible for the content of comments.
9. It is unacceptable to post any content / comments:
   1. contrary to the generally applicable law and principles of social coexistence and morality;
   2. calling for discrimination or hatred, in particular on the grounds of race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation;
   3. promoting violence;
   4. containing vulgar or offensive content;
   5. containing content not related to the subject of the Blog, including advertising content;
   6. that may violate personal rights of third parties;
   7. spam (a large number of comments with the same or similar content);
   8. which are dangerous for the proper functioning of devices or IT systems, in particular those containing links that threaten the security of the proper functioning of devices or IT systems.
10. If the content described in §2 point 6 & 9, Blog John Alex (and I) reserve the right to delete them without notifying the author. In extreme or repeated cases, I reserve the right to remove you from the group of Registered Users and notify you of the reasons for making such a decision.
11. You commit not to take any actions to disrupt the proper work of the Blog and not to try to obtain unauthorized access rights to any content or part of Site.

§3

PROTECTION OF PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

1. Information on this subject can be found in the Privacy Policy published on the John Alex website.

§4

PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. The copyrights to the content published on the blog are held by Piotr Jankowski and entities that, on the basis of separate agreements, consent to the publication of materials on the blog.
2. The texts, graphics, photos, sounds, videos and other materials available on the pages of the Website and the John Alex Blog, as well as the graphic design of the portal and the selection and layout of the presented content are protected by copyrights.
3. All works, trademarks, logos, etc. presented on the Site or Blog are the property of Piotr Jankowski or authorized third parties. It is forbidden to use, copy, distribute or otherwise use them without the prior consent of the authorized entity.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

1. The data and information contained on the John Alex Website and John Alex Blog are published for informational purposes only. I am not responsible for any data errors or outdated information contained in the Site or Blog.
2. I am not responsible for the use of information provided on the Blog by you or any other user.
3. I am not responsible for publishing personal data of third parties by you or other Users via the Blog.
4. I will make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Blog, however, I reserve the right to not be liable for damages resulting from its malfunction, eg data loss due to the failure of the WebWave system.
5. I reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the provision of selected services available on the Website and Blog. You are not entitled to any claim in this respect.
6. I reserve that to use full functionality of Website or Blog, it may be necessary to enable the SSL secure data transmission protocol, Java Script, Java, Flash and cookies in the browser.
7. I also inform you that I want to get to know you and keep contact by e-mail, hence I am asking you to fill in the contact form.
8. The blog may contain references (links) to websites of external entities. However, I am not responsible for the functioning or privacy policy of external websites. I am asking you to read the relevant regulations on the websites concerned each and every time.

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In the event of extreme violations of the Regulations by you, I will take appropriate legal steps in the event of violation of applicable law.
2. Any comments and reports regarding violations of these Regulations, as well as disturbances in the functioning of the Website and Blog, should be sent to the e-mail address: piotr@johnalex.pl
3. I reserve the right to make changes to these Regulations. Any changes become effective when they are posted on the Website and Blog.

POSTANOWIENIA OGÓLNE

1. By lepiej korzystało się z niniejszego Regulaminu (zwanego dalej „Regulaminem”), wprowadziłem uproszczenie definicji, gdzie „Użytkownik” to „Ty”, a gdzie Autor/Dostawca to „Ja”
2. Regulamin określa zasady korzystania przez Ciebie ze strony internetowej i bloga internetowego (zwanego dalej „Blogiem John Alex”, „Blogiem” „Stroną” lub „Stroną John Alex”), czyli usługi świadczonej drogą elektroniczną przez administratora portalu Piotra Jankowskiego.
3. Korzystając z usług i treści dostępnych w Blogu John Alex, wyrażasz zgodę na postanowienia Regulaminu i zobowiązany jesteś do jego przestrzegania.

§2
KORZYSTANIE Z BLOGA

1. Korzystanie z usług i treści udostępnianych w Blogu John Alex jest bezpłatne.
2. By korzystać z Bloga, konieczne jest i to Ty obowiązany jesteś zapewnić we własnym zakresie: sprzęt elektroniczny, połączenie z siecią Internet, przeglądarkę internetową, inne oprogramowanie wymagane dla korzystania z wybranych usług.
3. Ponosisz całkowitą odpowiedzialność za wprowadzane przez siebie treści/komentarze, jak i szkody powstałe w ich wyniku
4. Komentarze na blogu są moderowane przeze mnie.
5. Zastrzegam sobie prawo do niepublikowania komentarzy, bez podania przyczyny.
6. W szczególności nie będą publikowane komentarze, które:
   a) zawierają wulgaryzmy,
   b) obrażają Johna Alexa lub Piotra Jankowskiego, komentujących lub inne osoby,
   c) obrażają jakąkolwiek grupę społeczną, etniczną lub wyznaniową,
   d) pozbawione są jakiejkolwiek logicznej treści,
   e) ingerują w życie prywatne osób, zwłaszcza niepublicznych.
7. Komentarze nie mogą być anonimowe, udostępnione w części Bloga John Alex wyłącznie dla zalogowanych użytkowników wykorzystując moduł komentarzy Facebook’a.
   Dobrą praktyką byłoby, gdybyś zawsze się podpisał/a: imieniem, inicjałami, pseudonimem (nickiem). W ten sposób komentujący ułatwia innym komentatorom odnoszenie się do opublikowanych już komentarzy.
8. Za treść komentarzy administrator (Ja) nie ponosi odpowiedzialności.
9. Niedopuszczalne jest umieszczanie przez Ciebie treści/komentarzy:
   a) sprzecznych z powszechnie obowiązującym prawem oraz zasadami współżycia społecznego i dobrymi obyczajami;
   b) wzywających do dyskryminacji lub nienawiści, w szczególności na tle rasowym, wyznaniowym, etnicznym, orientacji seksualnej;
   c) propagujących przemoc;
   d) zawierających treści wulgarne lub obraźliwe;
   e) zawierających treści niezwiązane z tematyką Bloga, w tym treści o charakterze reklamowym;
   f) mogących naruszać dobra osobiste osób trzecich;
   g) mających charakter spamu (dużej liczby komentarzy o jednakowej lub podobnej treści);
   h) niebezpiecznych dla prawidłowego funkcjonowania urządzeń lub systemów informatycznych, w szczególności zawierających linki zagrażające bezpieczeństwu prawidłowego funkcjonowania urządzeń lub systemów informatycznych.
10. W przypadku zamieszczenia treści opisanych w §2 pkt. 6 i 9, Blog John Alex (i Ja) zastrzegamy sobie prawo do ich usunięcia bez powiadamiania o tym ich autora. W skrajnych bądź powtarzających się przypadkach, zastrzegam sobie prawo do usunięcia Ciebie z grona Zarejestrowanych Użytkowników i powiadomienia Cię o powodach podjęcia takiej decyzji
11. Ty zobowiązujesz się do niepodejmowania działań mających na celu zakłócenie poprawnej pracy Bloga oraz prób uzyskania nieprzysługujących mu praw dostępu.

§3
OCHRONA PRYWATNOŚCI I DANYCH OSOBOWYCH

1. Informacje na ten temat znajdują się w Polityce Prywatności opublikowanej na stronie John Alex.

§4
OCHRONA WŁASNOŚCI INTELEKTUALNEJ

1. Prawa autorskie do treści publikowanych na łamach Blogu posiada Piotr Jankowski oraz podmioty, które na podstawie odrębnych umów wyrażają zgodę na publikację materiałów na łamach Bloga.
2. Prawem autorskim chronione są teksty, grafiki, zdjęcia, dźwięki, filmy i inne materiały dostępne na łamach Strony i Bloga John Alex, jak również szata graficzna portalu oraz wybór i układ prezentowanych treści.
3. Wszelkie utwory, znaki towarowe, loga, itd. przedstawiane na Blogu stanowią własność Piotra Jankowskiego lub uprawnionych osób trzecich. Zabronione jest ich używanie, kopiowanie, rozpowszechnianie czy inne wykorzystywanie bez uprzedniej zgody podmiotu uprawnionego.

WYŁĄCZENIE ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCI

1. Dane i informacje zawarte na Stronie John Alex i Blogu John Alex są publikowane wyłącznie do celów informacyjnych. Nie ponoszę odpowiedzialności za wszelkie błędy danych lub nieaktualne informacje zawarte w Blogu.
2. Nie ponoszę odpowiedzialności za wykorzystanie informacji udostępnianych w Blogu przez Ciebie i kogokolwiek z innych użytkowników.
3. Nie ponoszę odpowiedzialności za upublicznianie przez Ciebie lub innych Uzytkowników za pomocą Bloga danych osobowych osób trzecich.
4. Dołożę wszelkich starań w celu zapewnienia poprawnego działania Bloga, jednakże zastrzegam, iż nie ponoszę odpowiedzialności za szkody wynikające z jego wadliwego funkcjonowania, np. utraty danych wskutek awarii systemu WebWave.
5. Zastrzegam sobie prawo do wstrzymania lub zaprzestania świadczenia wybranych usług dostępnych na Stronie i Blogu. Nie przysługuje Ci z tego tytułu żadne roszczenie.
6. Zastrzegam, że w przypadku Strony i Bloga dla skorzystania z pełnej ich funkcjonalności, może być konieczne włączenie w przeglądarce obsługi protokołu bezpiecznej transmisji danych SSL, obsługi Java Script, Java, Flash oraz cookies.
7. Informuję Cię też, że chcę Cię poznać i utrzymać kontakt mailowy, dlatego zachęcam do wypełnienia formularza.
8. Blog może zawierać odesłania (linki) do stron internetowych podmiotów zewnętrznych. Nie ponoszę jednak odpowiedzialności za funkcjonowanie, czy politykę prywatności zewnętrznych stron internetowych. Proszę Cię o każdorazowe zapoznawanie się z odpowiednimi regulacjami na danych witrynach internetowych.

§6
POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

1. W przypadku skrajnych naruszeń Regulaminu przez Ciebie, podejmę wobec tego odpowiednie kroki prawne, w sytuacji gdy naruszone zostaną obowiązujące przepisy prawa.
2. Wszelkie uwagi i zgłoszenia dotyczące naruszeń niniejszego Regulaminu, jak i zakłóceń w funkcjonowaniu Strony i Bloga, proszę przesyłać na adres e-mail: piotr@johnalex.pl
3. Zastrzegam sobie prawo do wprowadzania zmian w niniejszym Regulaminie. Wszelkie zmiany stają się obowiązujące w momencie opublikowania ich na Stronie i Blogu
